Standalone operation

The Intell-i-Watch logs and analyzes your data inside the monitor itself. No internet, cloud service, plant or IT network, or remote access is needed for that.

• Analysis keeps working when the network is down, or where there is none.
• No IT or cloud integration is needed for analysis.
• Data is analyzed where it is collected.
• Suited to remote sites and facilities with restricted network access.

Connected features – email and text alerts, web server pages, file transfer and remote viewing – are optional and turned on only with your approval.

Alarm functions

• Normal, alert and alarm ranges set for each sensor, and changed any time.
• Alarms can be delayed to allow for process lag, so short, harmless spikes don't set them off.
• Each sensor's high and low alarms can be enabled or disabled.
• Alarm logs and time-stamped alarm actions.
• Email and text alarm notifications are optional, turned on only with your approval.

Data logging and analysis

• Choose which sensors to record and how often – every second for fast changing events, every couple of minutes for slow ones.
• Every reading is stored with its date and time.
• Statistics on the Watch: percent of time in the normal, alert and alarm ranges, minimum and maximum, rolling averages and monthly statistics.
• Data is kept for the monitoring window you set (2 weeks, 30 days, etc.), subject to the storage capacity in the unit.
• Data logs export as CSV files for Excel and can be saved on external storage.
• 32 GB SD card datalogging.
